Beco Collective was founded to acquire, reposition, and operate independent boutique hotels in markets that most operators overlook. Not the flagship city-center towers. The properties with real bones, real character, and real potential sitting underneath years of under management.
Beco is Portuguese for side street. It is also the operating thesis. We find the properties most investors walk right past, and we build something worth coming back to.
The model is simple: acquire properties with operational upside, convert them to the Beco brand, and run them with the discipline of a serious hospitality company and the point of view of people who actually care about the guest experience.
